Abduction Details:
The Skokie Police Department and The Illinois State Police have issued an Amber Alert for Elizabeth Ortiz. The victim is a two year old female and was taken from 5200 block Oakton, Skokie, Illinois. The child was taken by common law father after injuring her mother in a domestic quarrel.
