Abduction Details:

The Detroit Police Department and The Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old child. Troy Charles James Squalls, of Detroit, was allegedly abducted by a man driving a gold colored mini-van, possibly a Chevrolet Astro.

The child was taken from his mother during an assault that occurred at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday while they were walking on Wadsworth Street between Rosemont and Penrod Avenues.

No description of the suspect is currently available.

The Bates County Sheriff's Department and The Missouri State Police have issued an Amber Alert for six-year-old Cassandra Peace from Amsterdam, Missouri in Bates, County. She was last seen Monday at 8:00 a.m.

Rachel Peace, took her from the Miama school. In the past, Rachel has made threats to harm herself and her children. The suspect may be headed to Rich Hill, Missouri or Nebraska.

The Kentwood Police Department and The Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for Zachary Davis Cox (15) and Lola Jean Nash (14). The two missing children are residents at Hope Network Services residential Program located at 3333 36th Street in Kentwood. Both juveniles are described as having a diminished mental capacity.

An Amber Alert has been issued by the Kitsap County Sheriff's Department and The Washington State Police for 2-month-old Serenity Withrow.

Serenity's mother's parental rights were terminated and a court ordered that the child be taken into state custody. The mother has a history of physical abuse to children and drug use. The child was born in hiding.

Details of Abduction:

Siler City Police issued an Amber Alert for an 8-year-old Hispanic boy early Wednesday. Jose Angel Fitzpatrick was last seen at his house, 516 N. Second Ave. in Siler City.

Police said Kenneth Fitzpatrick might have taken off with his son because of a court order requiring him to give up custody of the boy pending the outcome of the investigation of child abuse claims.

Kenneth Fitzpatrick, 39, who also goes by the name Sanford Kenneth Chappell, is Hispanic. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 200 pounds with medium length brown hair and brown eyes.
